Pernod Ricard intends to continue its international development, strengthened by an enriched portfolio of brands, an increased global presence and an efficient decentralised organisation.

A Unique Organisation

Decentralised decision-making constitutes a key principle of the Pernod Ricard organisation. The Group's Holding company defines the Group's strategy and its main policies. It controls the activity and promotes the sharing of best practices among all subsidiaries. The Group's Brand owner's subsidiaries develop products and define the global strategy for their brands.

The distribution subsidiaries are grouped by regions and adapt this strategy to their local market, in agreement with the Brand Owner subsidiaries. This structure promotes an entrepreneurial spirit, a key element of the Groups culture.
